Breakfast
The best start to the day: our generous buffet offers everything your heart desires, from freshly baked croissants, crusty bread and regional sausage and cheese specialties to fruit, yogurt, muesli and warm egg dishes. We also serve coffee, selected teas and fresh juices.
Guests who are not staying with us are also welcome to make a reservation! Price: € 29.50 per person (children under 6 years free of charge, children under 12 years receive a 50% discount)
New Year’s Eve
Our culinary turn of the year for everyone, with or without an overnight stay in a hotel: look forward to an enjoyable evening with a 7-course menu, accompanied by water, coffee and a glass of sparkling wine to mark the turn of the year. We celebrate without a loud party, but in a quiet, stylish atmosphere. At midnight we toast together and those who wish can enjoy a small midnight snack at the bar afterwards. An evening for all those who want to start the new year with pleasure, peace and beautiful moments.

The perfect start to the new year: Enjoy our brunch buffet from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm with regional specialties, fresh baked goods, egg dishes, cheese & sausage selection, fruit, yoghurt, muesli and vegan & gluten-free options. We also serve coffee and tea specialties as well as juices. The buffet is complemented by three hot dishes and two desserts. External guests pay € 39.00 per person, please make a reservation.
Afterwork on
January 29, 2026
From 17:00 we invite you to our Afterwork, only this time with a special highlight: this evening we open our art week and present works by three artists in the gallery, curated by Marniok Art Management.
Look forward to relaxing hours where after-work drinks, good music and high-quality art come together naturally. Suitable snacks are of course provided.
Sunday brunch on February 01, 2026
Sunday is time for indulgence: from 10:00 to 14:00, our full breakfast buffet awaits you with an extended selection of hot dishes. Enjoy a relaxed dining experience in a stylish ambience. Ideal for anyone who wants to take time for good food and good conversation. Also included are coffee specialties, high-quality teas, water and a large selection of juices.

Spend Valentine’s Day where pleasure and ambience come together in a special way. In our restaurant Aufrecht & Melcher we invite you to an exclusive 3-course dinner that will delight you with its attention to detail and fine flavors.
