Whether it’s a conference, celebration or wedding, we have a variety of rooms available for a wide range of occasions. From spacious event areas to smaller, separate rooms, we offer flexible usage options in a stylish ambience. All rooms can be individually adapted to your wishes and offer the perfect setting for events with character.
Hans & Werner
Ideal for meetings, workshops and conferences. Plenty of daylight and flexible seating options create the ideal conditions for productive work. If required, the room can be easily separated to create two smaller areas for independent use.

Erhard

Grossaspach
Ideal for small to medium-sized meetings, workshops or seminars. For larger events, the room can be flexibly combined with the neighboring Erhard conference room, creating additional capacity and versatile usage options.

Restaurant Aufrecht & Melcher
Our restaurant offers the ideal setting for exclusive events in a special ambience. Situated in the historic villa, the location combines stylish architecture with modern elegance and creates an atmosphere that enhances celebrations and business events alike. With capacity for larger parties, the restaurant is ideal for gala dinners, company celebrations, anniversaries or festive receptions. The adjoining terrace with a view of the greenery extends the space in fine weather and allows for flexible event formats.
Individually tailored menu and buffet concepts, high-quality products and an experienced event team ensure a smooth process and a culinary experience at the highest level.
Zirbelstube
The Zirbelstube offers a particularly cozy and stylish setting for smaller groups and private celebrations. With its warm atmosphere and quiet character, it is ideal for intimate dinners, confidential business meetings or celebrations in small groups.
Terrace & Garden
Our outdoor area offers an exceptional setting for outdoor events. Surrounded by greenery, it is ideal for receptions, breaks between program items or relaxed get-togethers. Whether it’s a champagne reception, summer party or informal networking, this is where lightness, tranquillity and a special atmosphere come together.
Bar Aufrecht & Melcher
The bar is the perfect place for a stylish end to an event or a relaxed start to the evening. Guests come together in a relaxed atmosphere to chat and enjoy selected drinks. Ideal for after-work formats, informal discussions or as an addition to conferences and celebrations.
Yoga room
The yoga room offers a quiet, light-flooded retreat for exercise, relaxation and conscious breaks. It is not only suitable for yoga sessions, but also for workshops, meditations or smaller group formats. On request, the room can be used flexibly and integrated into individual event or conference concepts.
About us
Nestled in the idyllic countryside around Affalterbach, just 40 minutes from Stuttgart, DAS AFFALTERBACH combines nature, design and automotive history in a very special way. The traditional location, steeped in motorsport history, forms the backdrop for a hotel with a clear identity and exceptional character.
The heart of the house is the lovingly restored historic “Aufrecht” villa, once the home and company headquarters of Hans Werner Aufrecht, co-founder of AMG. It meets a modern new building with almost 100 rooms and creates a harmonious combination of history, contemporary design and maximum comfort.
