THE AFFALTERBACH. offers perfect locations for events of all kinds – whether private or business. The three new event rooms provide the right setting for a wide range of events for 10 to 80 people in a business context. The 61 m², 107 m² and 132 m² rooms are an excellent venue for sophisticated business events, as well as for team building or incentives.
Conference package PERFORMANCE
- Main conference room for a maximum of 8 hours
- Filter coffee and tea during the conference (from 30 minutes before the start of the conference)
- Unlimited mineral water in the main conference room
- Two coffee breaks with refreshing and healthy snacks
- “Recharge-Business Lunch” as a 2-course menu of the kitchen’s choice including mineral water and a hot drink
Bookable from 12 persons. An additional room rental fee applies for groups of less than 12 people. Price per person/day: EUR 89.00
Price per person/half day (max. 4 hours in the morning or afternoon): EUR 79.00.
Optionally bookable: Nespresso coffee specialties during the event (€ 9.50 per person), two types of soft drinks unlimited in the main conference room (€ 7.50 per person) and unlimited mineral water in all workshop rooms (€ 7.50 per person).

In addition to traditional conference formats, our areas are also suitable for product and vehicle presentations. Culinary accompaniment and uncomplicated organization round off your event.
Private parties
The “Aufrecht & Melcher” restaurant in the traditional villa of the eponymous AMG founder Hans Werner Aufrecht creates an unforgettable ambience for weddings, family celebrations or other private occasions. The restaurant offers space for up to 140 guests. The terrace area and the adjoining beautiful park are also a very special location for private celebrations. Please contact us and we will offer you an arrangement according to your wishes and requirements.
